Welcome to Knotly. By downloading, installing, or using the Knotly app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Overview

Knotly is a mental wellness and productivity app that helps you untangle your thoughts using AI-powered analysis, focus timers, and task management. The App is provided by Prakhar Chauhan ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Knotly. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account & Authentication

• You may use Knotly as a guest (offline only) or sign in with Apple or email.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your synced data from our servers.

4. Free Access & Subscriptions

Free access: New users receive 5 free AI Brain Dumps. All other features - manual task creation, Focus Timer, Stats, streaks, and full task management - are completely free with no limits. After your free dumps are used, the AI Brain Dump feature requires a subscription.

Important subscription terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
